Can I combine Jeongbang and Cheonjiyeon?
Yes, but they are separate managed sites with different approaches. Two waterfalls make sense only when the group wants both and still has energy for the stairs and city between them.
Is Seogwipo a good car-free base?
Central Seogwipo supports a useful walking-and-bus stay for nearby sights and south-coast corridors. Check the exact hotel walk to the relevant stop rather than relying on the city name.
What should I do in rain?
